Vento expands tax practice with new partner Alejandro Bruzon

Vento Abogados & Asesores continues to strengthen its position in the legal sector with the addition of Alejandro Bruzon Amado as partner and co-head of its Tax Law department, marking a key step forward in the firm’s strategic growth plan.

Bruzon Amado joins Vento from Cuatrecasas, where he served as a senior associate, and brings with him a seasoned team comprising (pictured in order from left to right) Rebeca Alonso, Ana Verao, and labour law specialist Analía Alonso. His career began in Garrigues in 2010, giving him a solid foundation in high-level tax advisory services.

According to the firm, the incoming team is recognized for its deep expertise in advising family businesses, multinational groups, and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters. Their combined experience significantly enhances Vento’s capabilities in tax planning, corporate restructuring, and international taxation.

Extensive Experience in Tax Advisory and Legal Strategy

Bruzon Amado brings more than a decade of experience in international tax, transfer pricing, family business planning, and M&A transactions. He has also advised clients on succession planning and the application of tax benefits related to family-owned companies.

Joining him, Ana Verao holds a Master’s in Tax Law from CEF and Udima, and has developed her career with a focus on tax litigation and procedural matters.

Rebeca Alonso, who has been active in tax advisory and financial-accounting roles since 1999, adds significant value in general corporate taxation and transfer pricing.

On the labour law front, Analía Alonso brings 12 years of experience providing comprehensive employment law counsel to leading companies in sectors such as automotive, retail, telecommunications, chemicals, food, and manufacturing.

This strategic hire reinforces Vento’s ambition to position itself as a benchmark firm in comprehensive legal and tax services for both national and international clients.
