Adlanter posts 13% Revenue Growth in 2024 reaching €23.2M
Spanish consultancy firm Adlanter, whose non-executive chairman is Alejandro Martínez (pictured left) , closed 2024 with a 13% increase in revenue, reaching €23.2 million, solidifying its position as a national leader in comprehensive business advisory services with over 30 years of experience in the market.
The firm’s strongest-performing areas were Talent and Mobility, which posted a 19% increase, followed by Labour Services (17%), Contax (11%), and Corporate Law (3%). This performance highlights a robust and balanced growth across its core business lines.
Strategic Acquisitions Fuel Growth
Adlanter’s upward trajectory has been significantly boosted by its inorganic growth strategy, backed by Artá Capital. Over the past year, the firm successfully integrated International Venture Consultants (IVC), ARC Advocats & Consultors, and, later in the year, Quantum Asesores, the advisory division of law firm Toda & Nel-lo.
As a result of these acquisitions, the firm, whose managing director is José Luis Rivas. expanded its workforce by 104 professionals, ending 2024 with 385 employees. The company also continues to uphold a strong commitment to diversity, with 70% women and 30% men on staff. The average employee age is 36 years.
Operational Milestones Across Key Divisions
In the Labour division, the firm has processed over 380,000 payrolls, up 140,000 from the previous year, executed more than 8,000 employment contracts, and managed the settlement of over 3,500 tax filings.
Its Accounting and Tax services saw a 6% increase in clients, monitoring over 800 companies via electronic notifications and handling more than 6,000 tax settlements, representing a 10% year-on-year increase. Additionally, the team managed over €18 million in client tax payments.
The Talent and Mobility division experienced the highest growth, managing over 1,600 corporate cases and handling cross-border procedures involving 44 countries. This growth was driven in part by rising demand for Golden Visas and comprehensive relocation services, which provide 360-degree immigration support for international talent mobility.

Adlanter holds the ISAE 3402 certification for labour service processes, a hallmark of reliability, security, and operational excellence. It ensures rigorous protocols to mitigate risk and protect client data.
The firm is also recognized with the Accredited Expert Accountant (ECA) certification, granted by the Spanish Association of Accounting and Business Administration (AECA)—a distinction that authorizes them to perform specialized accounting functions, including expert reports and commercial registry certifications.
