Adlanter hosts Legal Services Forum about Tech Transformation
Adlanter, a full-service consultancy with over three decades of experience, recently hosted a special forum aimed at legal services professionals within companies. The event focused on the urgent need for technological transformation in order to remain competitive in today’s dynamic business environment.
The session was designed to explore how outsourcing, technology, and innovation can optimize efficiency in corporate legal departments and help them adapt to emerging challenges.
Organized in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer and LOIS, the event featured a keynote address by Eugenia Navarro, a legal strategy expert at LOIS. Navarro outlined the major challenges currently facing in-house legal teams, emphasizing the need to “improve process efficiency,” “implement technology-driven models,” “establish KPIs,” and “enhance reporting systems.”
Navarro noted, “We are living through a revolution where non-legal aspects within the legal field are becoming increasingly critical. Professionals must evolve to meet new client expectations and the demands of the market, or risk falling behind.”
Elena Lanzaco, Director of Institutional Relations and Partnerships at Adlanter, underlined the consultancy’s strong commitment to technology: “At Adlanter, we rely on the most advanced platforms to provide top-tier services to our clients.” She cited Adlanter’s Corporate and Commercial Management service, which enables legal teams to offload the task of collecting and digitizing corporate and registry information by centralizing it through the Legisway platform.
José Luis Rivas, General Director of Adlanter, highlighted the vital role of external advisors like Adlanter: “Corporate legal departments can rely on us as an ideal partner to navigate today’s challenges. We offer excellence and confidentiality, transparency and responsiveness, reliability and security.”
