Ana Luísa Flores is the new HR director at Cerejeira

Ana Luísa Flores is the new human resources director at Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão. She transits from Proef, where she was HR development manager. Flores began her career in the sector in 2014 in the retail industry before moving into the industrial sector at Lear Corporation, where she specialized in talent recruitment and selection, onboarding, and defining and monitoring metrics to optimize both internal and external talent retention rates.

Over the past eleven years, she has gained experience in several companies, with her most recent role at Proef, where she managed and developed teams in internal training, talent acquisition, and as an HR business partner in Portugal, France, Germany, and Angola.

Cerejeira Namora’s HR department also welcomes Maria Marques Valente, who holds a degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Porto and a master’s in Human Resources Management and Development from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP). With a diverse professional background, she already has experience in recruitment processes, onboarding, offboarding, and training.

Rapid growth

“This is another step towards the professionalization of our services. The firm is experiencing a period of rapid growth, and our first priority is to take care of our people—those who dedicate themselves every day to the clients who place their trust in us,” says founding partner Nuno Cerejeira Namora.

“Joining a project of this scale, particularly in the professional services sector, immediately allows me to recognize its strong human component. There are many challenges ahead, and I am convinced that we will be a driving force in accelerating growth and strengthening both the brand and organizational culture,” says Ana Luísa Flores.

Gonçalo Cerejeira Namora, who oversees operations and functionally coordinates business support areas, considers this a milestone moment for the organization: “We have been looking for this solution for a long time, and there could not be a better moment to introduce Ana. From the very first day we met her, we felt that she embodies our DNA. She is a perfect match for the project and the strategy we have for the future.”
