SRS Legal guides Automaise in €5M investment round
SRS Legal advised Automaise in a €5 million investment round led by Oxy Capital, with the participation of Bright Pixel, Armilar, and HCapital. These investors were already part of the company’s shareholder structure and reinforced their investments. The funding aims to accelerate Automaise’s international expansion into new markets in Europe and the US, as well as further develop its AI platform.
Automaise specializes in artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for companies, offering a platform that enables the implementation of next-generation AI agents without technical complexity. This approach aims to make automation accessible and efficient for organizations across various sectors. Founded in 2017 by Ernesto Pedrosa and Carlos Oliveira, the company has clients in the retail, banking, insurance, and telecommunications sectors.
The SRS Legal team was led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira, partner in private equity & venture capital, with the participation of Solange Fernandes (associate).
