Talent
The firm currently has a staff of more than 190 professionals, of which more than 150 are lawyers, 36 of them partners (23%). This shows the great organic and inorganic growth that the firm has experienced, compared to the 41 professionals with which they closed 2014.
National expansion
Ceca Magán continues its commitment to territorial expansion. With six offices in Spain, the firm plans to open new offices in Andalusia and Galicia in 2025, following the recent opening of its office in Vigo in June.
It has also announced strategic changes to its leadership. Last week, the firm appointed Miguel Lobón as the new managing partner of its Barcelona office, replacing Santiago Torent López de Lamadrid, who had held the position since 2022. “We maintain our strategy of continuing to open our own offices as we have done in 2024, we continue to gain ground in Barcelona where we have a strong and cohesive team that in the last two years has gained strength and momentum, thanks to the work done by the hitherto managing partner, Santi Torent. In 2025 he will be taken over by Miguel Lobón, and I have no doubt that the end of this year will reflect the strategies that he is already initiating”, explains the managing partner.
