López-Ibor DPM announces the promotion of Olivia López-Ibor Jaume and Fernando Torremocha García de la Rasilla to partners in the Aeronautical Law, Fintech and Cryptoassets and M&A areas, respectively.

Olivia López-Ibor Jaume
López-Ibor, new partner in the areas of Aeronautical Law, Fintech and Cryptoassets, has extensive experience advising on aeronautical transactions, financing, leasing and administrative procedures related to ground handling. She also advises on securities market transactions, e-banking, payment services, cryptocurrencies and financial regulation. She holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and an LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Fernando Torremocha
Torremocha, promoted to partner in Commercial, Corporate and M&A Law, advises companies, infrastructure funds in telecommunications transactions, investment funds and venture capital, family offices and startups on matters such as investment rounds, corporate governance, conflicts between partners, competition law and real estate transactions. He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Energy Law and a Master’s Degree in Taxation.
