Dentons announces new mergers in Turks & Caicos and Thailand

Dentons has announced its intention to merge with two law firms: Griffiths & Partners in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and Pisut & Partners in Thailand. As part of its growth strategy, these combinations strengthen the firm’s presence in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as in the Southeast Asia region, allowing it to offer a first-class legal service to clients in two growing economies.

Turks and Caicos Islands

In the Caribbean, Dentons will become the first and only global law firm with a presence in the Turks and Caicos Islands through its combination with Griffiths & Partners. A benchmark firm in the local market, this law firm has been involved in the most relevant civil and commercial litigation of the last decade. Its areas of specialization include Banking and Finance, Corporate and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Family Law, Real Estate and Trust and Private Client Services.

Thailand

The merger with Pisut & Partners reinforces Dentons’ commitment to the Southeast Asia region, where it already has a presence in Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam. Pisut & Partners is a Thailand-based law firm specializing in Dispute Resolution, Corporate and M&A Law, Employment Law and Competition & Antitrust.
