EY advises Primo Capital on investment in Pangea Aerospace’s €23m Series A round
EY Abogados has successfully advised Primo Capital, through its Primo Space Fund, in its investment in Pangea Aerospace, a startup specializing in the development of propulsion systems for the aerospace industry.
Pangea Aerospace has secured €23m in a Series A investment led by Hyperion Fund. With this funding, the Spanish company will accelerate its expansion in the European market.
The legal team was led by Susana Gómez Badiola, partner in Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity, with the support of Rosa Cañas, director and Manuel Herrero, senior, in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity team.
