White & Case promotes Quiroga and Dachary to local partners
White & Case has announced the promotion of Lucía Quiroga and Eduardo Dachary as local partners in the Madrid office, strengthening its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice in Spain. This move underscores the firm’s commitment to growing its presence in the Spanish market and bolstering its position as a leader in complex, cross-border transactions.
Lucía Quiroga joined White & Case in 2022 as an associate to enhance the M&A team. With extensive experience advising clients across a range of industries, she specializes in domestic and international M&A transactions, private equity, corporate governance, joint ventures, and restructurings.
Eduardo Dachary joined the firm in 2023 as counsel. He has significant expertise in advising clients in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors on national and international M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and project development.
The promotion of Quiroga and Dachary highlights the consolidation of the firm’s M&A practice in Spain, which has become a benchmark for handling complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. The Madrid office now boasts a total of 14 partners and 60 lawyers, reflecting the firm’s strong growth trajectory in the region.
