Aldo Scaringella named WLW Equality Ambassador
The Board of Directors of Women in a Legal World (WLW) has unanimously decided to designate Aldo Scaringella (CEO of LC Publishing Group and Iberian Legal Group), as WLW Equality Ambassador, for his contribution to the achievement of real equality between men and women in the legal field.

A qualitative and quantitative change
The appointment took place in an institutional act that took place in the Cecilio Rodriguez Gardens in the Paseo del Retiro in Madrid, during which Scaringella expressed his gratitude for the recognition and alluded to the great historical challenge that equality between men and women represents and that society is trying to address. “The road is long and difficult, because the change must not only be quantitative, but also qualitative. At the social level, a total paradigm shift is required: a true Copernican revolution in lifestyles and, as a consequence, in the times and forms of productivity” . This is why he considers it essential that this challenge should not fall solely on women, but should also become “a priority for men”.
“On the other hand, women face another very important and essential challenge in this process of paradigm shift: the ability to exercise female leadership in a different and better way than the predominant leadership styles in the male history of our civilization,” added the CEO of LC Publishing Group and Iberian Legal Group. To conclude, Scaringella made it clear that they will continue working to support the process of cultural, social and economic change because “a society with gender equality can only be fairer and, therefore, better”.
Women in Legal World
Women in a Legal World (WLW) is a non-profit association born in Spain about six years ago with the aim of promoting and making visible the female talent within the legal sector.
WLW aims to be a meeting place for great professionals (lawyers, solicitors, notaries, registrars, politicians, journalists, magistrates, prosecutors, state lawyers, professors, etc.) so that women “help each other, inspire each other, promote each other, and connect with other networks of women from other sectors, both nationally and internationally, with the aim of developing and joining projects”.
