Fernando Gutiérrez joins Ayuela Jiménez

Ayuela Jiménez continues to grow its legal talent pool with the incorporation of Fernando Gutiérrez, until now partner in charge of the litigation and arbitration department at Pinsent Masons Madrid. He is a State Lawyer (currently on leave of absence) with an extensive experience in civil, commercial and commercial litigation, as well as in pre-litigation advice.

Gutiérrez Fernández, who served as co-head partner at Pinsent Masons from 2022 to 2024, and prior to this, was also partner at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Currently leading the dispute resolution and arbitration practice, his addition signals a strategic move by Ayuela Jiménez to reinforce its litigation and arbitration capabilities.
