Lopez Hermoso advises on Wezone’s investment round of over €600k for expansion into the Barcelona market

In addition to structuring the financing transaction, the firm also led the negotiation and formalization of shareholder agreements and the execution of the necessary corporate operations to ensure a solid legal foundation supporting the company’s growth.

This strategic investment will enable Wezone to consolidate its position in the Spanish market, providing more people with access to its high-quality functional training programs. As part of its expansion plan, Wezone will open new centers in Barcelona, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and designed to offer a unique and personalized training experience.
