Deloitte Legal advises Remo Sustainable Mobility in the investment of Mota-Engil Renewing
Deloitte Legal has advised the current partners of Remo Sustainable Mobility in the investment of Mota-Engil Renewing. The transaction is part of the commitment of the company of public charging solutions for electric vehicles to a company that has a network of approximately 200 public charging points implemented in Spain and around 300 more in the process of installation.
For its part, Mota-Engil Renewing, focused on decarbonization and the expansion of sustainable infrastructures, aims to reach 7,500 charging stations by 2028 in Portugal, Spain and Poland, advancing its commitment to the energy transition in Europe.
