Norgestion advises Grupo Lacor-Ibili on the acquisition of JAY Industrial
Grupo Lacor-Ibili, a company from Guipuzcoa, has acquired the company JAY Industrial Cubertera de Galicia, both companies of family character and with an extensive experience in its sector, join their paths to consolidate as one of the main leaders in the kitchenware and hospitality sector.
With this operation, the Lacor-Ibili Group increases its product offer in an important way and JAY Industrial Cubertera de Galicia consolidates its permanence in the market continuing with the activity promoted by the founding family. Thus, they expect to reach a turnover of 100 million euros in the coming years with 200 employees.
The facilities of JAY Industrial Cubertera de Galicia will continue at full capacity and will mean an increase of 10,000 m2 of manufacturing facilities for the Lacor-Ibili Group.

In this acquisition operation, the Lacor Ibili Group has been financially and legally advised by Norgestion. The legal team was formed by Ane Alkorta (partner), Inés Uriarte (lawyer) and Alex Laskurain (tax partner).
