Deloitte Legal advises Endeit on €18M investment round in Portugal
Deloitte Legal in Portugal has advised the Dutch fund Endeit Fund III, managed by Endeit Capital BV, as lead investor in an €18M Series B investment round in Infraspeak, a smart maintenance management software platform founded in Portugal. Endeit Capital, previously known as Van den Ende & Deitmers, was founded in 2006 and has offices in Amsterdam, Hamburg, and Stockholm. It is currently one of the largest Dutch investors in the technology sector, particularly in European scale-ups.
“After the success of Endeit Fund I and II, and consolidating its position as a leading Dutch investor in technology, Endeit Capital launched Endeit Fund III in 2021”, informs Deloitte Legal. The fund primarily focuses on supporting expanding companies that accelerate Europe’s digital transformation, contributing to the promotion and development of innovation potential and digital maturity across Europe.
The transaction was led by Maria Campilho, of counsel in the M&A department, with the collaboration of Bernardo Paiva David, associate in the M&A and Capital Markets areas (both pictured).
