Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Aquiline Capital Partners on its investment in Marosa, a leading Spanish fintech in automation and compliance technology, owner of VATify software.

Thanks to this transaction, Marosa aims to strengthen its growth and expand its VAT compliance and e-invoicing software offering to become the global leader in this segment.

The firm team was formed by Álvaro Mateo, Inés López, Carlota Mazzuchelli and Gemma Serra, partner and associates of the corporate team.
