Eversheds Sutherland advises on the acquisition of 62% of Vía Sabadell retail park
Eversheds Sutherland Spain has advised M Core Spain on the acquisition of 62% of the Vía Sabadell retail park (Barcelona), in alliance with BN Capital Partners, which represents 37,000 square meters leased to 20 operators, including Conforama, MediaMarkt, Wala, Pepco and Planet Fitness.
M Core Spain is consolidating its expansion in the retail park sector, this being its third purchase, after the previous operations of Parque Quadernillos (Alcalá de Henares) and Vista Alegre (Zamora).
The transaction has been led by the Real Estate partner Rafael Arraez Amselem together with Ignacio Fraile Medina, Verónica Hinojosa and Andrea Calavia Mendiola.
