Morais Leitão advises on partnership between Ithaka and FC Porto

Morais Leitão, together with Clifford Chance, has advised Ithaka, a Madrid-based investment company focused on infrastructure investments, in a strategic partnership with Futebol Clube do Porto. This 25-year strategic partnership aims to enhance and improve all activities conducted at the Estádio do Dragão.
