KPMG Abogados has provided advisory services to Talde Private Equity on tax, legal, regulatory, and labor due diligence in the context of acquiring a majority stake in Discarlux.

This transaction enables the Talde Capital Crecimiento II fund to continue its investment strategy in companies with high growth potential and a unique market position, reinforcing Discarlux’s leadership in the premium beef market, with a strong focus on the Horeca channel.
