Alante and Proinvest merge and rebrand as Zelsior

Atlante and Proinvest have merged under the Zelsior brand, renewing their corporate identity and consolidating operations to boost efficiency, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona.

According to Sonia Benito, managing director, “Zelsior is born with a vision of excellence and modernization, focused on the company’s clients and professionals. We are at a pivotal moment and want to accompany this growth with stronger strategic projects. Recent results are very positive, and as we look toward 2025, our goal is to continue innovating with technological tools that streamline management and reduce costs. We are distinguished by offering specialized services and solutions that transform the legal sector with agility and efficiency, always prioritizing approachability and excellence.”

Integration of Proinvest into Atlante

Proinvest, a company specialized in legal services, debt recovery, and credit document management, was acquired by Atlante, a Legaltech company specializing in comprehensive debt recovery legal services, in 2022. This acquisition allowed Atlante to add new services, strengthen business lines, and further its goal of becoming the leading independent, technological, and comprehensive provider of debt recovery legal services.
