Evergreen advises Agidens in the acquisition of AUGI

Evergreen Legal has advised Agidens, a Belgian company and leading provider of industrial process automation solutions, owned by the investment group Ackermans & van Haaren,  during the whole process of acquisition of 100% stake in Automatismos Girona (AUGI), based in Gerona (Spain) and specialized in supplying discrete applications and process automation to industrial industries.

With this acquisition, Agidens marks a strategic expansion of its footprint in the Spanish industrial automation sector.

The M&A team was led by Ignacio Freire (partner in the employment area), with the support of Celia Gil (senior associate) and Guillermo Albarracín (junior lawyer), and Cristina González Olivares (partner responsible of the labor area).
