José Maria Montenegro joins Dower as tax practice partner

Dower Law Firm has announced the addition of José Maria Montenegro as a partner in its tax practice team. Montenegro brings over 20 years of professional experience in tax law, spanning areas such as consulting, complex litigation, as well as sports and corporate law. Prior to joining Dower, he spent 19 years with Morais Leitão.
