CMS Portugal advises Indumape on Frutíssima acquisition
CMS Portugal has advised Portugal’s largest fruit processor, Indumape, on the acquisition of the juice concentrate producer Frutíssima. Located in the Manuel da Mota Industrial Park in the municipality of Pombal, Indumape is Portugal’s largest fruit processor, sourcing nationwide and exporting approximately 80% of its production. Frutíssima specializes in the production of fruit juice concentrates and their respective aromas.
The CMS Portugal team involved in this transaction was led by Francisco Xavier de Almeida, partner in the corporate M&A area, and included senior associate David Apolónia and associate Manuel Duarte Neves Gonçalves, both from the corporate M&A team (all pictured from left to right).
