Ceca Magán incorporates Amado Giménez and team as new partner of the banking area
A new strategic step. Ceca Magán Abogados incorporates Amado Giménez Bono, coming from Ontier, as partner of the banking and financial law area together with his team Alberto París and Saúl Dávila. This incorporation reaffirms the firm’s commitment to the development of this business area with the aim of reaching a turnover of 30 million euros by 2025.

Amado Giménez Bono
Amado Gimenez joins the firm as a partner from Ontier, where he was managing partner of the financial and banking department. Previously he held the same position at Ramón y Cajal Abogados.
Giménez has a solid track record and specializes in providing legal advice on financing transactions to financial institutions, debt funds and investment funds. He advises on pre-bankruptcy financial debt restructurings, Project Finance in renewable energies, real estate, civil infrastructure, as well as structured, syndicated and corporate financing (LBO, MBO, etc.).
He is joined by his trusted team of lawyers Alberto París and Saúl Dávila. This incorporation is added to the expert partners in this sector José Ramón Couso, José Carlos González Vázquez, Santiago Torent, and the counsel, Joaquim Matinero.
