Ejaso advises Logística Reyco in the purchase of the intermodal logistics operator Sacytrans
Ejaso has advised Logística Reyco during the whole purchase process of the logistics operator Sacytrans, based in Irún (Guipúzcoa), specialized in intermodal transport. After this operation, Logística Reyco will reach a turnover of 60 million euros, becoming one of the main road transport operators in the north of Spain.
The firms team has provided advice throughout the process, which included the performance of the various due diligences, as well as the purchase and sale and closing operations.
The commercial-M&A team of Ejaso’s Galicia office was led by Enrique A. González Iglesias, with the support of Blanca Monteoliva Pereira and Irene Covelo González. Also participating in the process was Alberto López Gómez, partner in the tax area, supported by Javier Ares López and Gabriel Salsón Lage.
