GA_P advises Logista on the acquisition of Transportes Moncayo
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Logista, one of the leading logistics operators in Southern Europe, on the acquisition of 100% of Transportes Moncayo, a Spanish company specialized in the refrigerated transport of goods by road.
With this transaction, Logista strengthens its presence in northwest Spain and expands its capabilities in temperature-controlled logistics, enabling it to improve the distribution of perishable goods and consolidate its offer of specialized logistics solutions.
