PwC Tax & Legal advises on the acquisition of Formigons Vila-Real by Holcim España

PwC Tax & Legal has acted as legal advisor to Holcim España in a transaction for the acquisition of Formigons Vila-Real. This strategic acquisition is a significant milestone in Holcim’s comprehensive growth plan aimed at expanding its market presence.

The transaction involved Holcim Spain General Counsel Juan Verdú Lázaro and PwC Tax & Legal team made up of partner Javier Gómez Domínguez, manager Miguel Pérez López and senior associate Juan Almenar García.
