Ashurst appoints Kevin Harris as Chief Information Officer

Ashurst has announced the appointment of Kevin Harris as Chief Information Officer (CIO), based in London. This key hire highlights Ashurst’s commitment to advancing its technology and leadership in support of strategic innovation and enhanced client service.

Kevin Harris, who brings over 20 years of expertise in IT strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, will be instrumental in shaping Ashurst’s digital landscape. Reporting to Ashurst’s Chief Transformation Officer, Sid Maharaj, Harris is tasked with overseeing the firm’s technological advancements, optimizing infrastructure, and aligning digital assets to meet client and business needs.

The new CIO joins Ashurst from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he served as CIO for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His prior roles include IT Director at Taylor Wessing, where he led major innovation initiatives, and senior technology positions at KPMG and Deloitte.
