Cerejeira advises Isagri on operations in Portugal
Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão has advised the Isagri Group, a French capital group and an European leader in information technology for agriculture, viticulture, and livestock, in continuing its internationalization efforts and expanding to Europe. The operation, led by partner Pedro da Costa Mendes (pictured), follows the acquisition of the Portuguese capital company Centralgest SA, that operates in the IT solutions sector for accounting, ERP software production, and business management software solutions.
Coordinated by Pedro da Costa Mendes and including contributions from Pedro Dias Azevedo (senior associate), the merger through incorporation of Isagri Luso, another subsidiary of the Group in Portugal responsible for IT solutions for agriculture, viticulture, and animal production, into Centralgest SA was completed in 2024, finalizing this phase of restructuring operations in Portugal.
