Andersen provides legal and tax advice in the production of the film ‘Soy Nevenka’
Andersen‘s culture department has advised on the production of the film Soy Nevenka, directed by Icíar Bollaín. The team has been in charge of managing all the legal and tax issues of the audiovisual project, and the implementation of an optimal tax structure that has allowed the participation of private investors in the film.
The film, based on real events, narrates the case of Nevenka Fernández, who won, for the first time in Spain, a conviction against a politician for harassment. It is an original Movistar Plus+ production, produced by Kowalski Films, Feelgood Media, Nva Peli AIE and the associate production of Garbo Produzioni (Italy). The film was presented in the Official Selection of the 72nd edition of the San Sebastian Festival, where it won the Agenda 2030 Euskadi Basque Country Award.
