BPV Abogados incorporates two new partners

BPV Abogados takes another step forward in its expansion plan with the incorporation of Manuel Romero, former Deloitte and Andersen, to lead the new M&A department in Madrid. It has also signed Marta Victoria García Valero, former head of the pegal department at Andersen, to strengthen the Criminal & Compliance area.

Manuel Romero, with a career spanning two decades at Deloitte, and more recently at Andersen, joins BPV Abogados to lead the new Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) department, key in its new stage of growth in Madrid. “The BPV Abogados project attracted me because of its freshness and vision for the future, as well as its focus on technical and human excellence,” says Romero about his incorporation.

In addition, the firm strengthens its criminal area in Madrid with the incorporation of Marta García Valero, former head of Andersen’s criminal department, “who becomes a key pillar for the growth of BPV Abogados in this practice,” the firm shared in a statement. García Valero also joins the firm as a partner.

Recently, BPV Abogados has also integrated Linares Barreda, a Madrid firm, which strengthens its presence and competitiveness in the Madrid market.
