RCD advises on the closing of SC Net Zero Ventures’ first deal with an investment in V2C
RCD has advised the venture capital fund SC Net Zero Ventures, managed by Suma Capital and participated by Repsol, in its first transaction investing in V2C, a company that manufactures charging infrastructures for electric vehicles.
The fund specializes in technologies that contribute to decarbonization and energy transition. This new capital injection will enable V2C to boost its growth and consolidate its presence in key European markets.
A team led by Judith Saladrigas and Ana Belén Jurado, partner and associate of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, has advised the investment fund in this milestone transaction for the company.
