Alberto Lezcano Hormeño, new lead counsel in Nokia

In-house movement. Nokia has hired Alberto Lezcano Hormeño, from ZTO Corporations, as new lead counsel.

Lezcano has spent the last 10 years of his career at ZTO Corporations, a global leading provider of integrated information and communication technology solutions. He held the position of head of legal and compliance for ZTE Spain and ZTE Managed Services Southern Europe, Telefónica GBU, before joining Nokia. With more than a decade of experience, he specializes in contracts and legal management.

He has experience working in the technology, IT, ICT and TMT sectors, managing legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of commercial, legal and contractual risks.

He is also a member of the World Commerce and Contracting WCC and the IACCM (International Association of Commercial and Contract Management). He is also a member of ACC, the association of corporate counsels and ICAM (Madrid Bar Association).
