Eversheds Sutherland incorporates Carlos Pérez Infante as administrative law counsel
Eversheds Sutherland has hired Carlos Pérez Infante, from Pérez-Llorca, as counsel in the firm’s Administrative Law department in the Spanish office. This appointment strengthens the firm’s practice in a key area, especially in infrastructure, transport and public procurement, areas in which Pérez has developed a large part of his professional career.

Carlos Pérez Infante
Carlos Pérez Infante, who joins the team led by partner Alberto Dorrego, has more than 13 years of experience in prestigious firms such as Pérez-Llorca, EY Abogados and CMS Albiñana y Suárez de Lezo. Throughout his career, he has advised and represented public and private sector entities in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings in all types of Public Law conflicts, especially in areas such as infrastructure, patrimony, sanctions, subsidies, transport, and in all types of matters related to Public Sector contracting.
He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide, and a Master’s degree in Energy Law from the Spanish Energy Club, which has provided him with a strategic and global vision of business. In addition, Pérez has excelled in the academic field as a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Law of Regulated Sectors at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, teaching since 2022.
