Berninzon & Benavides Abogados is a full service law firm with a long history in the market that stands out for its comprehensive advice to Peruvian clients and foreign investors. The firm “has been leading counsel in regional operations and transactions, involving countries such as Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina,” the firm reports.

“Our focus is on Latin America and for Ecija it is a great satisfaction to be able to integrate the partners and professionals of Berninzon & Benavides to our organization. Both firms, besides being complementary, share the same objectives for the market and the same values, culture and way of working. With our arrival in Perú, we have expanded our presence in the region, in a key territory for many of our clients. This consolidates us as the firm of reference in Latin America and increases our value proposition to our clients,” says Alejandro Touriño, managing partner of Ecija.

Eduardo Benavides, managing partner of Ecija Perú, points out that “for us it is a joy to be part of Ecija. This integration is a very important step that will allow us to expand our portfolio of services and respond to the growing demands of our clients for more sophisticated services and an international presence. We share a common business vision and client service, as well as common values and principles such as a commitment to diversity, sustainability and a polycentric spirit”.
