Marimón Abogados moves its headquarters in Madrid

Marimón Abogados has moved its corporate headquarters in Madrid to a “modern and functional” building located at 23 Luchana Street. This reinforces the firm’s commitment to growth in the capital after the decision to establish itself there in 2011.

And, above all, with this investment we have sought to create a much more attractive working environment for our professionals, who are ultimately the real driving force of the Firm,” says Luis Marimón, CEO of Marimón Abogados.

Strategic plan 2024/27

The change of office is part of the firm’s strategic plan for the period 2024-2027. It continues the line of renovation adopted by the firm four years ago in Barcelona, when it moved its headquarters from Paseo de Gracia to 185 Aribau Street.

The new office in the Chamberí district, in the center of Madrid, represents a significant expansion of the available surface area to approximately 1,000 square meters. With this, the firm has sought to have better equipped spaces to receive clients. Provide its teams with more functional facilities, with the aim of promoting a more collaborative work environment.

Marimón Abogados currently has about 90 professionals, including lawyers and collaborators, between its offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Seville. Its forecast is to continue growing in the coming years by strengthening the current teams or incorporating new areas of specialization.

LEED Gold and Espacio Cerebroprotegido

The Luchana 23 building was the first office building developed by the Gmp real estate group. It stands out for its common areas designed to maximize the comfort and well-being of its users, and the layout of open and collaborative spaces that invite meetings and socializing and encourage innovation and creativity.

In November 2023, Luchana 23 was awarded the AIS Award for Excellence in Environment, granted by the Foundation for Accessibility and Social Responsibility. The building also holds LEED Gold certification and Espacio Cerebroprotegido certification, to promote the well-being of its occupants.
