PFSTECH acquires EMC Software Jurídico

Spanish company PFSTECH has solidified its position in the LegalTech industry by integrating EMC Software Jurídico, a leader in AI-driven legal automation. This move strengthens PFSTECH’s market position and enhances its technology offerings with EMC’s innovative solutions, which target both the legal retail market and corporate legal departments.

This acquisition is part of the company’s strategic restructuring that began in 2023, which saw the company split into two independent entities: pfsLEGAL and pfsTECH. Since then, the company has shifted its focus from direct legal services to supporting legal service providers with advanced technology.

Earlier in 2024, yhe Spanish company expanded its capabilities in AI-driven decision-making through the acquisition of AIS. Now, the addition of EMC Software Jurídico brings tools such as Sísifo, Iuritex, and Matilda, which automate critical tasks in legal process management. EMC’s flagship product, IURITEX-360, integrates seamlessly with existing systems, providing a competitive edge for both legal and financial clients.
