KPMG Abogados advises on the integration of Adventia Pharma in ProA Capital

KPMG Abogados has advised Adventia Pharma in the M&A transaction led by ProA Capital, under which both companies will jointly face the growth of Adventia Pharma and Nutrición Médica (the latter, and its Portuguese subsidiary Dietcare, recently acquired by ProA Capital) in the clinical nutrition sector.

The team has been led by Enrique Núñez (partner in charge of Legal in the Canary Islands) and the commercial team has also participated in the transaction, composed by Guacimara Marrero and Álvaro López, senior managers, Marta Chirino, Jack Viamonte and Alba Bermúdez, associates. In tax matters, the operation has been supported by Ignacio Rodríguez, of counsel.
