Telles announces the arrival of Alexandre Hierro, from PLMJ, to strengthen its real estate, construction and urbanism team, coordinated by partners Pedro Almeida e Sousa and Miguel Nogueira Leite.

The latest lawyer to join Telles specialises in the real estate sector, particularly in cross-border transactions. He also has experience in public procurement, with a focus on the real estate and construction sectors.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in various phases of major transactions, including pre-contractual procedures, negotiation and execution of asset purchase and sale operations, sale & leaseback, lease agreements, among others.
He has regularly advised real estate investors and developers in operations such as investment, disinvestment, construction, leasing and urban regeneration projects.
