RSN advises on Noto Office Center acquisition
RSN Advogados has advised Sociedade Perfect Improvement, owned by Hedi El Ayoubi and part of the El Ayoubi family group, in the acquisition, through a share deal, of 50% of the Noto Office Center office building in Matosinhos.
This project, promoted by Sociedade IDS – SGPS, a company active in the real estate, financial, and private equity sectors, marks a milestone in the city of Porto in the real estate and office services segment, states RSN, standing out for its sustainability-focused design and architecture. Located on Estrada da Circunvalação in Matosinhos, the building covers a total area of approximately 8,100 square meters, spread across three floors above ground.
According to José A. Nogueira, managing partner of RSN Advogados, “this is a project with unique features, whose rehabilitation was completed around two years ago.” He adds: “One of the promoter’s main concerns was the ecological aspect, making every effort to ensure that the project is equipped with features aimed at carbon neutrality.” The RSN team involved in the transaction included, besides Nogueira, associate lawyer Ilsa Barbosa, and solicitor Carolina Cabages.
