Linklaters advises on the issue of two series of senior non-preferred Instruments by Banco Santander (€2bn + €1bn) and related tender offer

Linklaters has advised the managers on the issuance of two series of senior non-preferred Instruments (€2,000 million + €1,000 million) by Banco Santander, together with a takeover bid targeting two series of senior non-preferred Instruments of €1,500 million and senior preferred instruments of €1,750 million.

The team was led by Jorge Alegre (partner) and Federico Briano (partner), with the support of Pablo Ruiz de Assín (associate) and Daniel Pardeza (lawyer).
