Across Legal advises on €10M financing round of Sequentia Biotech

Across Legal has advised Sequentia Biotech in the closing of a €10M financing round led by Seventure Partners and with the participation of EIC Fund.

This strategic transaction will boost Sequentia Biotech’s market expansion and the development of its innovative bioinformatics platform, MICK.

Since its founding in Barcelona in 2013 by Walter Sanseverino and Riccardo Aiese, Sequentia Biotech has revolutionized the field of bioinformatics. This new capital increase will accelerate its growth and enable the expansion of its flagship platform MICK, which is already making a difference in clinical, industrial and research settings.

The legal team has been integrated by Ignacio Lacasa (managing partner), Marc Pereta (senior associate), Víctor Martín Ratia (senior associate), Borja Vallejo Daniele (lawyer) and Matías Moro Valls (lawyer), who provided integral legal advice throughout the process.
