Ius+Aequitas and Accuracy create joint venture to lead restructuring in Spain

The international financial and strategic consulting firm Accuracy, which has carried out the restructuring of large European companies such as Atos, Conforama or Korian, and the legal boutique Ius+Aequitas Trial Lawyers, recognized for having led numerous emblematic insolvencies in Spain such as Dentix, Ausbanc, the mining company NMR, Vértice 360º; have announced the creation of a joint venture to act jointly in the area of restructuring in Spain.

Accuracy Ius Aequitas Restructuring SLP

The new vehicle, ‘Accuracy Ius Aequitas Restructuring SLP’, will be focused on offering advisory services in corporate restructuring, in particular as a “Restructuring Expert”, a newly created figure included in the revised text of the Insolvency Law in force since September 2022.
