Dentons Advises 360 Payment Solutions in Global STAR acquisition

Dentons has successfully advised 360 Payment Solutions, an Italian company specializing in payment solutions and logistical support for national and international transport operators, in its acquisition of Spanish companies TSI Plus and José Miguel López from Grupo Europa Enlazo. Both companies previously operated under the Global STAR brand.

This acquisition allows 360 Payment Solutions to strengthen its market presence in Spain and Portugal, particularly in the payment and mobility services sector for heavy vehicle operators.

Dentons assisted 360 Payment Solutions, working closely with its General Counsel, Ernesto Tammaro. The transaction was coordinated by a multi-jurisdictional team led by partner Luca Pocobelli, alongside senior associate Francesco Crimi. The Madrid office’s involvement was led by partner Jesús Durán, counsel Jorge Carmona, and associate Juan Jose Gamon, handling due diligence and Spanish legal aspects of the deal.
