Addleshaw Goddard advises Seaya on Bike Ocasión stake

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Spanish investment firm Seaya Capital on acquiring a 70% stake in Bike Ocasión, a company specializing in the sale of second-hand bicycles. The deal was executed through Seaya’s Andromeda Sustainable Tech Fund, combining share purchases and a capital increase aimed at supporting the company’s growth and international expansion.

The transaction was led by Corporate partner Germán Cabrera, with senior associates Fátima García de la Torre and Sandra de Andrés. This marks Seaya Andromeda’s shift from a venture capital fund to a private equity investor in high-growth companies.
