Victoria Vilar, new M&A partner at Zadal
Zadal has strengthened its corporate area with the incorporation of Victoria Vilar, from CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, as a new partner. This appointment is part of the firm’s growth strategy, which is committed to consolidating its presence in this practice.

Victoria Vilar
Vilar, who comes from CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, began her professional career at Baker McKenzie. She specializes in advising on M&A and has worked with national and international clients from a wide variety of economic sectors, including large corporations, venture capital and start-ups.
In addition, her experience includes advising on commercial contracts, corporate law, due diligence processes, corporate reorganizations and the establishment of corporate structures in Spain.
Victoria is a double graduate in Law and Journalism from CEU Cardenal Herrera University, has a Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School and has developed her professional career in leading international law firms.
