EJE&CON Announces the Creation of Its Advisory Board
The Spanish Association of Executives and Board Members, EJE&CON, takes a significant step in its commitment as an agent of social and cultural change by establishing an Advisory Board. This new team of high-profile personalities will provide strategic guidance to this nonprofit organization, enhancing its impact and institutional relevance in the coming years.
As part of its 10th-anniversary celebrations, scheduled for 2025, the nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the presence of women in senior management and board positions, has formed this consultative body to address future challenges with fresh perspectives. The board, composed of esteemed experts, will help the association solidify its leadership role, advancing its mission to promote diverse talent and leadership within the business world.

The Advisory Board includes prestigious figures such as:
- Ramón Adell, Board Member, Professor, Lawyer, and Economist.
- Marta Blanco Quesada, President of CEOE International and State Economist.
- Alfonso Jiménez, Corporate Governance Expert and Partner at Exec Avenue.
- Inés Juste, Entrepreneur, President of Grupo Juste, and Vice President of Fundación CEOE.
- Elena Pisonero, Economist, Founder of Relathia, and Independent Board Member.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Advisory Board will play a key role in shaping EJE&CON’s roadmap for the future, particularly beyond its 10th anniversary. Among its primary responsibilities will be advising on the creation of a development strategy that strengthens EJE&CON’s position in the business ecosystem and maximizes the use of available resources, enhancing the impact of its initiatives.
The association, founded in 2015, comprises 2,000 professionals from major companies, all committed to gender- and generation-neutral talent. It’s activities are driven by the voluntary efforts of its members, under the leadership of its board of directors, with pro-bono support from law firm Hogan Lovells, which serves as EJE&CON’s headquarters and provides pro-bono secretarial services.
