Fernando Lança Martins takes on Tax Litigation at PwC

PwC Portugal‘s law firm has brought on lawyer Fernando Lança Martins, who will be in charge of the Tax Litigation area. He joins from Cuatrecasas Portugal, where he spent 17 years and reached the position of senior associate.

About Lança Martins

Fernando Lança Martins holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University and a postgraduate degree in Taxation from ISEG. With a significant experience in tax litigation, Lança Martins has focused his practice on overseeing tax inspections and representing clients in disputes with the Tax Administration, Portuguese courts, and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
