Myriam Pérez, new tax director of ETL Global in Zaragoza

ETL Global has incorporated Myriam Perez Bautista, with more than fifteen years of experience, as the firm’s new tax director in Zaragoza. The lawyer lands in ETL GLOBAL JLC Asesores, a member firm of the group, to enhance with her expertise and professional experience the area of tax advice that has experienced strong growth in the last five years.

Myriam will be especially focused on companies, national groups, wealth management, tax and inheritance planning and especially on tax compliance.

Myriam began her professional career at Garrigues law firm in the city of Zaragoza. She worked there for about four years, specializing in legal and tax advice to companies and groups of companies, tax planning for family businesses and large national estates, as well as intervened in corporate restructuring processes.

In 2011 he joined A&P Abogados Asociados as a senior lawyer where he has worked until today advising national companies and groups of companies, tax planning and execution of commercial operations and business restructurings, tax advice to individuals, as well as inheritance tax planning and liquidation of inheritances. In addition, she has been involved in tax proceedings, as well as in contentious-administrative claims and appeals before the Courts.
